As there has been no progress to remove the hazards of service covers I am seeking support to establish the 'Community Need' for action.

I left a message this week on your phone in regards to two hazards
that you replied to on 26 Feb (Scott and Oleandar streets).

Your email stated they were the care and concern of SA Water.

SA Water have suggested the hazard is the responsibility of the council.

I would prefer to speak to you about these two hazards (Trim 08/7220
and Trim 08/7221) before raising this to an "Issue" level at

Dear Administrator Road Repair,

Thank you for your email regarding the inspection covers in Scott Street and Oleander Street, South Brighton that in your opinion present a road hazard to cyclists.

This infrastructure is under the care of control of SA Water and/or its contractors United Water.

I would encourage you again to raise your concerns with the parties mentioned above.
