I left a message this week on your phone in regards to two hazards
that you replied to on 26 Feb (Scott and Oleandar streets).

Your email stated they were the care and concern of SA Water.

SA Water have suggested the hazard is the responsibility of the council.

I would prefer to speak to you about these two hazards (Trim 08/7220
and Trim 08/7221) before raising this to an "Issue" level at
http://roadrepair.wikispaces.com/issues+-+south+australia

I phoned this through to SA water (8207 1300) this morning. They said
they would have someone look at it but hung up without taking my
contact details to advise of any action they will take.

Please advise me whose responsibility it is to remove this hazard.
