Fwd: City of Mitcham: Re, Hazard - Stormwater Cover in Bike Lane - Cross Road

To DTEI, United Water and Mitcham Council

Please talk to each other and remove this hazard.

Subject: Re: City of Mitcham: Re, Hazard - Stormwater Cover in Bike Lane - Cross Road
To: Mitcham Council [emailremoved]

Hello

I have contacted DTEI on 1800 018 313 (road and traffic light report hotline).

They claim it is the responsibility of United Water.

This is odd, as the cover clearly has STORMWATER embossed in the cover.

The photo and map is available here
http://roadrepair.blogspot.com/2010/08/hazard-stormwater-cover-in-bike-lane.html

Thanks and regards

Hazard - Fallen tree in bike lane - Railway Tce Woodlands park

Hello

First, thankyou for attending to this report
http://roadrepair.blogspot.com/2010/07/hazard-railway-tce-edwardstown-with.html

In this same area there is a tree fallen onto the road, blocking the path of a cyclist.

It will not effect motorists, except when a cyclist has to go around it. This is a hazard.

The tree is on Railway Tce (heading South) 100mtrs before Woodlands Pk Railway Station.

Fwd: Hazard - Espanade Hove, cnr Wattle

To Holdfast Council mail@holdfast.sa.gov.au

I reported this on 8 August (photo 1) and 3 times since (photo 2 taken 6 Sept).

You have contacted me to say "your crew will be in that zone soon"

Yet the hazard is still there (and getting bigger).

So too is the risk that you will have to pay damages.
