Please find attached a photo of the same cover taken tonight. It has been damaged within 24 hours of being repaired.
 
Also attached are the other photos from previous reports.
 
Here is a link to the reports in March, September and November 2008
 
Please advise the action the council will take to find a solution to this hazard.

There really is a fundamental weakness in the design of these grates.

There really should be a heavy section of either concrete or steel at the front edge of the grate to absorb impact.

The proof of this is seen in the fact that they can be damaged so quickly.
