Blackspot reporting

http://scott-ludlam.greensmps.org.au/bike-blackspot

This is good, as it allows all to see what has been reported.

I think it is a shame the invitation does not extend to hazardous road surface conditions, and notifying the appropriate road authority.

Having the hazard reported publicly, and then NOT responding with action, would make them liable. This is NOT to support claims, but to see action taken quicker.

Yeah yeah, I hear you  http://www.adelaidecyclists.com/   ... . "Waste of resources with monotonic winging that dilutes the cause."

I went back to MTB for commuting. No more breakages.

Our roads really needed to get repaired last year. there was a asphalt road repair company in minneapolis who came out and fixed our roads and there is a huge difference.
