Moss Ave has been resurfaced, but the service cover (unidentified) has not been raised. (See attached photo and map)
There is an 80mm square edge that will damage a bicycle or cause a fall.
A cyclist avoiding this hazard is at risk of impact with a passing vehicle not expecting the cyclist to change their line of travel.
