not help identify the problem.").

Some bitumen has been placed next to the service cover to fill the hole.
The hazard to a cyclist from the dip from the uneven surface has NOT been removed.

A telephone call was received from a technician at the site. He was unable to find the service cover from the description passed on by the operator. He has now recorded the fault.
