Attached is another hazard for your attention.
NOTE: There are two hazards on the bikeway near the corner of Scott
and Oleandar.
One is in Scott St, the other in Oleander. See images attached to emails.--

Advised by Holdfast Council it is under the control of United Water.
Telephoned the Operations Centre (8381 0300) and reported 26 Feb 2008.

Telephone called received from United Water technician inspecting the site.
He advised me there has been no recent work by United Water and it is likely the responsibility will be the Holdfast Council.
