Hazard - Kildonan -Winton Ave

Please repair the hole and rough edges at the corner of Kildonan and Winton Ave Warradale (photo and map attached).

The surface may not seem to be a hazard to a motorist, but being at a corner, and a cyclist is supposed to be indicating (1 handed) and looking out for vehicles, any irregular surfaces are a hazard.
